Role Model Meeting

I have a meeting to meet with Mayor Morton on April 16, 2009 at 11:00 am. Her Assistant called me to today. I am so excited and very emotional about this meeting. I have gone back online and read more information on her background and listened to a few news clips. The more I learn about her and her contributions the more emotionally excited I get. Now I must gather my questions and be prepared to sit at the feet of such wisdom. She is definitely a Women of Excellence who has broken many racial barriers. That's a story in itself and that's what's makes it all more personal the opportunity to not only read about her story but to hear some of it first hand. What an awesome opportunity. Mayor Morton is 90 years young and this is her 4th and final term as Mayor of Evanston.
